We give buyers an excellent experience, based on the easiest possible pick-up alongside pleasure provided by interaction with our products & services.

At the same time, our machines increase courier’s satisfaction thanks to the intuitive and fast load/unload process.

Simple comments on the screens, supported by clear graphics, drive users throughout the process effectively. Colors, lights, and sounds are added to navigate consumers and couriers and support them in easy pickup or loading.

When the process starts at the screens, consumers are welcomed by greeting heroes, adding human touch to the self-service pickup. At the end, users see information on the positive ecological impact of robotic pickup and have the possibility to evaluate whether the service delivers joy and builds loyalty among shoppers – a key indicator which every e‑retailer values the most.

To offer maximum comfort, we’ve designed machines with internal transportation that takes less than 15s and allows users to collect their shopping very quickly.

Our automated solutions allow users to enjoy pleasurable experiences, adding emotional moments to the functional process.

Net Promoter Score (NPS) above 80% proves the high satisfaction of our users, collecting their online shopping via automated machines.

Sustainability is the heart of our company. Our solutions help retail to minimize the negative environmental impact of shopping delivery. We are challenging the industry – our technology means less traffic and less pollution.

The implementation of PickupHero technology in convenience stores reduces the number of courier vehicles, traffic and pollution by 90%, contributing to much less C02 emission than in home delivery. 

With Retail Robotics’ Arctan Urban machine, 1 courier can deliver even 300 orders per say, cutting the number of couriers, cars, and km driven in comparison to other delivery options.. It means much lower road traffic and CO2 emissions, and in result – cleaner cities and the planet.
